Returns & Refunds 
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of 
delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. 
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the pickup process. 
Refund Process 
● Returns are subject to inspection and quality checks. 
● Refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days after successful pickup and 
inspection. 
● Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 
● For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. 
● Shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable. 
Important Notes 
● Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special offers will not be 
eligible for return or exchange. 
● Gift boxes are not eligible for return or exchange. 
● Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not covered under 
our return policy. 
● We do not provide refunds for products purchased outside the official People Reflekt 
website. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to their respective 
policies. 
People Reflekt reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse,
